What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a guided relaxation that allows you to connect with the state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.

 

There are different ways of practicing Yoga Nidra with different themes and different purposes. Combing different elements, from relaxation and developing self-awareness with body scanning to developing compassion, love, and kindness for yourself and others.

Yoga Nidra can be a really nourishing and therapeutic practice. It can provide you with the space and time to develop a deeper connection with yourself and allow you to take that connection and peace and translate it into your everyday life.

Why did I want to share yoga nidra?

​

I wanted to share this practice to pass on the incredible benefits I have discovered from my own journey and also the transformational journey I have observed in others the people who have kindly let me practice yoga Nidra with them...
