That’s said, Hello, I am Jen, whatever has drawn you to this page today, Welcome.

​

I see my role as a therapist as warm, compassionate sounding board, for you to create connections, explore your history, and understand your present at your pace. Alongside that, we are building a trusting therapeutic relationship where we can show up and be valued and accepted as our full, sometimes messy human self.

​

What we explore and work through in our sessions can have a ripple effect in your life, layering your communication and behaviours towards yourself and others with compassion and understanding.

I am a registered COSCA member. I have a Professional Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling, a MSc in Physical Activity and Mental Health and years of therapeutic and community work experience. 

Creating accessible counselling is a significant priority for me- in all meanings of the word. We can work together to explore barriers and find a cost/place that meets your unique situation.​

I work with you as a complex, multi-faceted person; acknowledging the significant challenges that may come with the areas bullet pointed below, whilst also leaving room for other parts of you that may not fall under a “diagnosis” or listed “category”.
